Article 1: Purpose
These general conditions of sale govern the sales of products on the site www.juliettelauney.com by Juliette Launey, painter.
Article 2: Products
The products offered for sale are original works of art and prints of original works of art created by Juliette Launey. Each work is accompanied by a precise description mentioning the essential characteristics (dimensions, techniques used, etc.).
Article 3: Price
The prices of the works are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are additional and specified before the order is validated. Juliette Launey reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 4: Order
Orders are made exclusively on the website www.juliettelauney.com . Any order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale. A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer after validation of the order.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is made online via a secure payment platform. The ordered work will only be shipped after actual receipt of payment.
Article 6: Delivery
The works are shipped to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Juliette Launey cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the work to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The work must be returned in its original condition and the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned work.
Article 8: Liability
Juliette Launey cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from the improper use of the works marketed.
Article 9: Intellectual property
All works sold on the website www.juliettelauney.com are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these works without the authorization of Juliet Launey is strictly prohibited.
Article 10: Personal data
The information collected when ordering is necessary for order management and invoice preparation. It is treated with the strictest confidentiality and is not transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.
Article 11: Applicable law
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
